Tried calling them six times with no call back from the person to reserve the unit except one time. I told her now that I have the price I would discuss it with my wife and maybe come out to see the unit, but never could get a hold of her with 4 more calls and messages. I spoke 3 times to the lady that answers with the last time her telling me she wrote down my information and was walking it out to the owner and still never received a call back. If you ever have any issue with anything Gods only knows how to deal with it. ... Read more

Stored my RV here since it was new in 2013. Never once had a problem with vandalism or any damage. No trouble with pests either (birds or mice). The gate and code have always worked 24/7 when I need them to and the price was very affordable. I highly recommend. We just recently moved - and that's the only reason I no longer store there. 9 years of five star service. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

To open your storage unit door, start by unlocking it, whether it uses a traditional padlock or a Bluetooth-enabled smart lock. Once unlocked, grab the bottom handle and lift or pull up the roll-up door until it’s fully open.

If you’re using the unit for the first time, make sure the lock is properly removed before opening the door to avoid damage.

Security helps protect your belongings while they’re in storage and gives you peace of mind between visits. Many self storage facilities use a combination of features such as video surveillance, gated access, on-site management, and well-lit premises to help deter unauthorized access.

Yes, most standard vehicles can be stored in self storage units. A 10x20 unit typically provides enough space for a car, while outdoor or designated parking areas may be available for larger vehicles.
