I called yesterday to get storage for my 45 ft motorhome and the gentleman got me all signed up and told me go to 5335 Browns Bridge Rd. in Gainesville so my wife and I took the motorhome over there a 30 minute drive only to find out they cannot store motorhomes there, I was pissed. I took the motorhome back home and I called the 800 number and the guy says oh you’re supposed to be over on Waldrip Road now I have to take it back over there again. This is not professional st all you’re using a service that is in some other country that has no idea what’s going on here. ... Read more

We have been using the Midgard Storage facility for our toy hauler for a few months now. We had cancelled the lease as we thought we were selling the trailer but our plans changed. We needed to renew the lease. Lexx Gordon was so helpful in getting my lease renewed. She kept us in the same space at the same rate with the same access code. Lexx was very easy to deal with and took care of everything graciously. It's rare these days to deal with people who take pride in their work and care for their customers. Lexx is one of those special people. ... Read more

We rented here and the rate was raised THREE times in less than 12 months. The increases were significant amounts DOUBLING the original monthly price. They also require you to use a lock provided by them at 6 additional dollars per month giving them access to your unit any time they please. Find a locally owned rental unit…this place is awful. ... This company is a rip-off they have raised my rates 5 times in less than 15 months. I will be firing them soon. They are now nearly $300 a month for an open storage spot for a camper. I was paying $100 per month 15 months same place. ... Read more

We rented here before leaving the state. The introductory rate was raised 3 times in a year against the contract, which we begrudgingly paid. We were paid up through august but now our unit is empty. The staff "Don't know what happened?" Not accountable, very unsafe. Did they clean it out, or did someone steal our stuff? Not to mention it's virtual and impersonal. This is the worse company I have done business with. Steer clear. Now I'm stuck in automated corporate hell to try to figure out where our personal belongings are. ... Read more
