The guy that works here is never at this location. He locked my storage and he forgot to unlock the lock so I wasn’t able to access my unit. He is never at this location. I had to call the other Norcross location and Jennifer came and help my family and I . Thank you Jennifer…Shame on you corporate for keeping this lazy man around. This location needs sweeping of the floors, pest control for the rats. The office needs cleaning and organizing, it’s looks disgusting. Clean up this location. My other unit is in storage extra and storage extra is so clean and beautiful, take a page out of their book!!!! ... Read more

Don’t come here super nasty people here. Me and my girl had talked to ya ahead of time to move out without being charged. The manager David I believe was his name told us if we moved out by New Year’s Eve that we wouldn’t be charged for next month and that he would remember that we were moving out. He never mentioned taking off the lock prior to that. They told us days after since they were closed after the holidays that we had to leave a voicemail when they had said to just to move out by DEC 31st. What really got me upset is when he said he was sending us to collections. Super rude and unprofessional. ... Read more

Had a terrible experience at this place! Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. After I talked to the person in charge at the front desk about moving out all he said was to move everything by the end of the month 12/31/2022 and I would not be charged. That is exactly what I did and came back the next few days to try to return my key / lock and let them know I had moved everything out but I was not able to since they were closed for several days due to the Holidays. Then on the fourth day they finally answered my call I wanted to let them know I had moved everything out and I was dropping off the key, the man on the phone was extremely rude and said I had to pay my monthly fee of $220 plus $12 for late payment if not they would send me to collections!! Because I did not notify them sooner I had moved out ?! When I tried calling & went there multiple times & they were closed?! It does not make any sense, still dealing with this matter currently. ... This facility is not kept up there is always trash along the fence. Their lighting does not work on the outside of the buildings. So even though they say 24/7 access if it is dark you better bring a flash light. Be careful what you sign even though your contract has one amount they may increase that amount without notice. Then tell you that it was a promotional rate. This should be stated in the contract that has your signature on it. There is no customer service instead of resolving issues they tell you that you are more than welcome to just move out. ... Read more

Don't even think about it! The place was decent 6 years ago, but went downhill in the last couple of years. 75% of my stuffed 10x10 unit was ruined by a rat infestation. Management was completely uninterested. My renter's insurance did not cover vermin. Check your policies! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
