I would give zeros stars if I could. Every month, I get a call saying that my automatic payments didn't go through and I get charged a late fee. Every month, I resubmit automatic payments and the story repeats itself. I've just had to request the move out forms for the second time. You have to call and get the new code EVERY month because they are too lazy to program and individual code for each renter. I could go on and on about how bad this place is but it's a complete waste of time. Take your business elsewhere. ... Read more

To start off the customer service and shop is horrendous lady at office could not even get information correct. Putting codes in the door did not work. Half the time door would not open for half the time we leased the storage unit, the lease states move out. Must be notified 10 days prior to the month. We did it in 9 days and we are expected to pay a full month's rent, offered to pay prorated day they declined. Said it would be set to collections right away. I responded and told them we would pay the month. This customer service is piss poor for a storage unit **Update they attempted to contact me multiple times regarding past amount owed of $124 dollars for december rent.........I've been vacated since putting vacate notice through 9 days before the beginning of November and then paying the rent for November because of one day late for the 10 grace period and have proof of payment Wish I could give it -10 stars ... Unscrupulous business practices here. Some guy named Caleb rented me my unit. Never received a contract was never told I had to give written notice 10 days prior. Went back to remove my property from storage unit and Caleb's mom is cutting of my lock and telling me she had no record of me even though they had been taking money from my account for a couple of months. Seems Caleb had been fired. Told her I wouldn't be back in February and gave the 10 days notice. Other gal in office said she would let corporate know. Now these jerks have turned me over to a collection agency for a unit I wasn't in for that month. Ironic that the collection agency is from Omaha also. When you people get back a reply from the so called owner it isn't him because Dave Paladino died. Do business at your own risk. Security gate never work while I was there because it was damaged and never fixed. ... Read more

A great reasonable storage place. It secure and clean. Caleb is the manager and he is very personable and fun to talk to. Most of all he is very helpful in getting you set up with a storage unit. He is always there and willing to assist you. You are not treated like just another person that walked in the door wanting a storage unit. You are treated like your business really matters. Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Dino-s Storage - 411 Brick Street SE has to offer. These amenities include 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
