From the moment I walked into Grey Hawk Storage in West Des Moines, the staff member that assisted me was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. It was my first time using a storage unit, and he guided me through the whole process and made it very easy. We toured the facility and he showed me exactly what I needed to do. The facility itself is extremely clean and secure. Loved that I could access it any time of day using the provided key fob. They have flatbed carts available right inside the door that made transporting my items a breeze. After completing my rental period, check-out was simple and I was mailed my deposit check back immediately. Would recommend Grey Hawk Storage 100%.
