My favorite storage place! Come one, come all! These bad boys have cameras up the wazoo and I'm pretty sure they installed a new high tech, high potency tranquilizer dart system to catch any thieves who are unlucky enough to fail the facial recognition camera test. Could be a rumor though. I've been coming here for like ever and I think I store my furniture here... but who's to say? Here. Have a random picture of a giant magnetic car bow I found on the way back home from storage one evening! ... Read more

I had a unit on hold for me and the lady up front gave it away. Didn't say sorry or do anything to help me. Just said it was a "mistake" and couldn't even give me the luxury of a phone call before I drove 40 minutes with a car full of stuff to fill up my unit. Very disappointing. In reply: Incorrect. It had not been over a week, it had only been 3 days. I visited your storage on Tuesday, June 29th and put it on hold. Friday, July 2nd you called and I said I can let you know by Saturday morning. I called on Saturday the 3rd and told you I wanted the unit and YOU told me to come in on Monday to fill out paperwork. I SPECIFICALLY asked if I should make an appointment and you said, "No, come in anytime." I came in at around 12:30pm Monday, July 5th to claim my unit only to be told you had given it away. Get your facts straight, treat your customers with respect, and do your business correctly. ... Read more

For the most part I would recommend this facility. I had given my debit card number, and asked for recurring payment to be deducted automatically. My card had expired, and granted it was my fault for not checking my bank account and no payments were deducted for 4 months. Luckily I went in to retrieve some items and found that I had been locked out. Went to the office to discover that a lien had been placed on unit, and would have gone up for sale March 11. Facility had my home and cell numbers and email and home address. Not once was I notified by management of what was happening. I have one of the largest units with houseful of personal and sentimental belongings. I would have been completely devastated had my stuff been sold. Bad business. In response to your response, NO NOTIFICATION was given to me whatsoever. When I was in the office, your clerk verified all of my information, and all were correct. After so many supposed attempts at contacting me, might it have been more provincial to contact me via phone or email, perhaps a certified letter? What really irks me is the $100 lien fee I had to pay. I would not call anyone a liar, but I reiterate, not one notification was given to me. If I had the means and/or the funds, I would find another storage facility ASAP ... Read more

Thank you for being so understanding, and on alert when something doesn't look or feel right. I feel that my personal treasured belongings are in the right hands and very safe!!! Always very clean, the prices are higher then I'd like to pay but I'm very much impressed with the rest of the package and very very friendly accommodating staff! The only thing that really really bothers me, is the amount on the late fees. Its higher then anyone else I've checked into moving my stuff too... and obviously we are only human and can only do what we can do and I'd we are late on a payment then we're definately struggling and then to track that much on after such a short period is not fair in my opinion... thanks ... Do not rent here. These people are to face liars. She was so nice to my face until I asked to stay past 11:00 p.m. They claim to be 24 hours yet require you to ask permission to stay past 11:00 p.m. when I did ask to stay they looked at me like I was a criminal. I work a night shift so I live in nightlife. I am 100% current on payments yet because I stayed later than 11:00 p.m. they are kicking me out and holding my stuff ransom. They said I have one week to get things out then leave the facilities close so I can't get in. and locked my gate code out. They say I can get my stuff during normal business hours just Check in at the office but will not answer the phone or the door and refused to let me in to get my stuff. They now state I have till 5:00 p.m. today to get out yet won't even let me in to get my stuff. Please whatever you do if you value your stuff don't use this facility. ... Read more

Not impressed with the lack of rodent control. Just to shed light on this, we only had stuff in storage for two months and it was so full of rodent poop that most of it had to be thrown away, but thankfully the mattress weren’t ruined. If you store here, please do insure and properly protect your stuff as best you can. ... Read more
