Professional, Helpful, and a greatly appreciated personable experience (and the site is clean, and obviously well kept). I cannot say enough good things about this. I wish more companies would try to be at this level of polite, friendly and efficient levels. I will definitely be recommending if ever asked! The site is clean, and obviously well kept. ... I saw a bad review about this facility. I am here to tell you that I have been here since June. The staff here are wonderful. Tina and Sandra are magnificent ladies. Not a rude bone in their bodies. I pay on time. I have never needed the grace period. I have witnessed Tina try and help customers that do have issues not paying within the grace period. Those gals can only bend backwards for so long. They have policies that are out of their control. It is great place. I would recommend it all day long. ... Read more

I was not sure of the size unit I should have rented, but I rented a 10x25 unit. After thinking about it over night, the next day I changed to a 10x30 unit with no hassle. This unit I switched to I can store my boat in with all my other things. This made it so much more convenient than having to store my boat at a different storage facility. The convenience of storing everything in one facility in one unit is just perfect. Meaning I do not have to pay for two septate facilities to store all my belongings. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.

To open your storage unit door, start by unlocking it, whether it uses a traditional padlock or a Bluetooth-enabled smart lock. Once unlocked, grab the bottom handle and lift or pull up the roll-up door until it’s fully open.

If you’re using the unit for the first time, make sure the lock is properly removed before opening the door to avoid damage.
