    I love this location. They are inexpensive. They even give you a box truck to use for your move. They pay for the gas as well. The truck has amazing air conditioning.     I have been a customer for years at the Peotone Public Storage and would not recommend it to anyone. When I started out the old couple that I communicated with were very sweet and helpful. They were not the ones who continued to help with phones and the cleaning of the house. Someone else must have taken over because the place went downhill and became not a happy place anymore, There were times when I called and asked for information on something and didn't even get a response back. If you are going to be a manager you should keep the customers happy and run the whole business properly in order to succeed. This is called dedication or it’s never going to keep working. ...     If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The lady who handles most of the billing and phone calls is EXTREMELY disrespectful. The place took months to fix the coded door and could have been walked in by anybody. The place is dirty filled with bugs, broken lights, random junk all over the place. In need of major TLC.
