There is no onsite personnel and there is a lack of cohesion with call center and site management. Too many conflicting policies, my contract was voided, never received a new one due to error made by the Call Center Rep. Only needed it for 3 months, of which I paid all up front. Would not recommend for long term as I would worry about my stuff being held due to their inability to provide a correct and active contract. Too much extra work on the customers’s part. In addition the location we used off of St George did flood during the flash flood event and some of our items were ruined. Not a big deal as they were intended for a garage sale, but if you have something of value, I wouldn’t recommend. ... Read more

We bought 2 storage units at this facility through an online auction. After the auction closed, it took over an hour and 3 seperate phone calls just to pay for the units and attempt to make arrangements to clean them out. I was told that they are only open until 5:30pm and we could only work on getting stuff out of the units during open hours of 9am to 5:30pm. First of all, these hours are very restrictive, considering they only allow 48 hours to clean the units out. After finally speaking to someone on the phone, it was already 3:30 pm, and we live about 45 minutes away. So, we rushed to the facility with our box truck, intending to get at least one unit cleaned out. We got there about 4:30pm. The lady there said she was only a trainee and didn't have keys to let us access the units. Evidently, the lady with the keys wasn't on site and wouldn't be able to be there until after closing time, so we were told to try to come back the next day. This is infuriating because we drove our boxtruck from 45 minutes away and were already feeling like we wouldn't have much time to get 2 units emptied. We own a heating and air company and usually have work to do during normal business hours, so only being able to access the facility from 9 to 5:30pm is not very convenient for us or for anyone else that may have a job to do during those hours. Overall, very disappointed with this facility and their lack of proper preparation for the closing of the auction. When you auction units, you know when the auction closes and should be prepared to make sure that buyers are able to pay and have access to the units. This is especially true if you are only going to allow 48 hrs to empty the units and only allowing access 9am to 5:30pm. ... Read more
