It was a great place to store our household items that downsizing we couldn't fit. It had staff on property in the begining but I don't believe there is staff there is staff now. Phone calls are not answered. But still good prices. ... Read more

I started renting units at this facility before Store N Lock took over and added buildings. That being said, I do appreciate that these new owners didn't change the time a tenant gets to pay their rent, which is by the 10th of each month. What I do NOT appreciate, however, is the 3 times that my monthly rent has increased since Store N Lock took over from the previous owners (no discounts seem to be available for students or military veterans, of which I am both), and I will very likely move my belongings to a different facility this year (definitely if my monthly rent increases one more time); I have multiple other bills that seem to constantly be increasing even though my monthly income does not. ... Avoid this facility and this company at all costs! Their facility is unsecured from the public and I had about $1,200-$1,500 worth of my belongings stolen. The front gate was stuck open for days, and there is a section of the fencing missing toward the rear of the facility. You can almost drive a vehicle through the missing fence. This place is not secured and the management doesn't care. They would rather make excuses about how it's not their fault that the gate is broken, and they refuse to fix their fence. You would think that a facility like this would be prepared for these types of problems and have backup components to fix the gate promptly. Instead, they allow the facility to be open to unauthorized people for months. I checked back on the missing fence two months later, and nothing has changed. The manager I spoke to is defensive, and would rather deflect blame and accuse you of bullying or threatening if you call her out on the lackluster condition of the property. If I require that you uphold your end of our contractual agreement to secure the facility and you aren't, that's not bullying or threatening. Rather than compensate me for their breach of contract, they'd rather make excuses. I should also mention that I can access the unit next door to me by simply bending the metal wall back and climbing through. Awful business. Awful service. They don't care, they just want their money. ... Read more

I use the indoor storage - usually clean and swept regularly. Spray for bugs regularly. Outside locked perimeter is nice and an additional keypad to get to inside storage which I appreciate. Only issue is price keeps creeping up, but so has everything else. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
