Malina (sp) and Jeff are true gems! Both represented the core values of Extra Space Storage effortlessly. I had a sensitive storage matter that required understanding, discernment and kindness. Which is exactly what I received from the two of them. Contrary to my interaction with another employee that seemingly thrived off of his sense of perceived power.
