I recently needed a place to keep some extra items, and this warehouse facility proved to be a very reliable choice. It offered exactly the kind of practical, secure storage solution I was looking for, making it easy to clear up some much-needed space at home. Customer service is abysmal. I wanted to change location of unit (to another, more expensive Public Storage unit) prior to move-in date and despite reservations being advertised as no commitment until the move-in date, because I had pre-filled the paperwork per their website instructions, they refused a full refund and their outsourced call center service indicated there was no way to escalate the concern other than to set up an in-person meeting. Support a local business instead. ... Read more

Karrington was a very nice reception person. And these facilities are very well maintained, and are in a very nice area. Storage containers are well maintained, and when you get there everything is ready for you in advance. I would definitely download the application. You will need it for opening the gate ... Read more

I’m extremely disappointed with Public Storage. When I signed my contract, I agreed to pay $47 per month, which I thought was reasonable. However, after just a few months, they suddenly doubled my rate to $105 without any valid explanation. If you’re looking for reliable, transparent pricing, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend Public Storage to anyone after this experience. ... Read more

Not a safe place. My unit has been broken into 3 time that I am aware of. It doesn't matter what lock i put on the door. Staff made it sound like I didn't put a lock on it the first time. I will be moving my things asap. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
