RV storage: The customer service is non-existent. Thin-skinned proprietor could not stand us making a single comment about another party’s actions. He refused to do anything to assist the situation, and we were falsely accused of being chronic complainers. We were, in fact, on-time payers, and that was our first complaint. Some people should not be in the business of dealing with the public. We vacated, of course. Follow up: Ralph is NOT a straight shooter nor a good guy. We had decided to try and stick it out till Spring. We winterized our RV, moved it over as Ralph requested, and covered it. Ralph was on the property the day we were working on it, never acknowledged us nor spoke a word to us. Yesterday, Ralph called my husband stating we had to move the RV by today, THANKSGIVING DAY, or he would have it towed. He claims we didn’t move it which we did, but he also mentioned this review which is his REAL issue. We have been nothing but polite, compliant and honest with this man. He also claims to have sent a certified letter to us. LIE. Says it was returned UNDELIVERABLE. Strange that no one else has any problem mailing us. He’s a really shady character, and we are very glad to be done with him and his shady operation. The box truck “out of Chicago” that parked 6 inches from our rig was the cause of the original complaint, but they were not asked to move after we parked first. What’s in the box truck, Ralph? ... Horrible operation when it comes to customer service and serving their customers. Wife had a storage unit and hired movers, movers damaged a yellow pole. Damages were around 2600 supposedly and owner refuses a payment plan, requires a monthly payment, won’t allow her in the unit and still has to pay the lump sum for damages made by moving company. ...
