I moved a few years ago and apparently forgot to update my contact info with them. They have accepted checks for my unit for over 14 years. They made a price change last year, I wasn't aware of. They kept accepting my checks, even though it was the wrong amount, and didn't send one back until they auctioned my stuff off. Every single thing I have to remember my Dad was in that storage unit. But hey, at least you got every single penny out of me that you could. Don't dare send a check back that could alert me something was wrong. ... Read more

Really happy to have found this storage spot. Access is good, autopayment was suggested and I'm happy I took them up on it! Ashley the manager is great help and always puts a smile on my face. My unit contains feces of some sort, I'm guessing from a mouse. The droppings are all over everything. There are not any items of food nor 'dirty dishes, dirty clothes, etc, to have attracted this amount of 'damage' to my belongings. The woman who typically answers the telephone & I'm assuming in some sort of mgmt capacity is her job. She is not a pleasant person. We've been charged an entire months rent for our unit to only be accessible for 10 days of that month. There have been multiple issues with the handling of our acct. Most recently, the lock was cut off of our unit by a criminal. I've yet to be informed of the status of their investigation. I have great references from 2-3 previous company's that I've rented storage units from entailing numerous yrs worth of pymts & being trustworthy. I should mention I've yet to bring the feces issue to the Company's attention. ... Read more
