Toni was absolutely wonderful. She was very kind, patient, and detail-oriented throughout the whole process. She also treated my dog with so much care and kindness. Toni was very warm and helpful, and she went out of her way to help us think of possible solutions. I’m very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her. ... Read more

The 5 star reviews on here are mostly fake, don't believe them. This company rented us a unit knowing there was a leak in the roof above the unit (the manager acknowledged it on move out), and did not disclose it to us when we rented the unit. When it came time to move our stuff out, they then pointed to the insurance coverage they force you to purchase, despite there being a $100 deductible (not compensated for). The fact that they had a leak in a unit for more than a year and did not repair it is gross negligence. Leveraging their contracts to have insurance cover their client's damages so they can avoid paying maintenance costs on their units is borderline insurance fraud, which is a felony. I will be reporting them to both the local building inspector for code violations and the state attorney general. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
