Kenneth provides incredible customer service and is a very good communicator. I would be willing to pay 20% more for storage just because he’s so easy to work with. Security is great, and he’s a texter, so no phone calls or emails required. ... Read more

The door was busted even though it hadn't been used in a couple of years so he said it should be fine but the guy in the office was super nice. I know it was the ends of the work day but he still came out to help me twice because my lock was too rusted to open and then the spring was busted but grew was still so patient ... Read more

So far so good. Just got my unit yesterday. One of the few places that had a unit big enough for my enclosed trailer. Nice unit, clean (some spiders at the back of the unit I need to clean out. Bug bombs tomorrow), and the owner Kenneth is exceptionally nice. Gated, and access 24/7. Secure and well-lit. Looking forward to my time here. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
