DO NOT. I had an insured unit at their Parkway location for 2 years. Went to check on it Sunday (5/31/26) to discovered it had been burglarized, although the lock was still present. When calling the company to get guidance on how to proceed with filing a claim and the process to do so, the office was closed. Now knowing my things are unsafe I removed all items, submitted a contact form online detailing my situation, and filled out the move out form to avoid further billing of a unit I cannot use. The following day, I reached out again via phone to be told I needed to have left the storage as is until whenever someone was available and to then call the authorities and be billed for an additional month while this is happening although the unit would NOT be in use. Somehow I cannot accept paying to be stolen from and not be guaranteed of any positive result from the insurance claim. If I could give a ZERO I would. I wouldn’t recommend this storage to NOBODY! My unit was broken into and the supervisor claim I was lying about my door being broke. I had been going back and forth with these people since November 2022! I have things missing , my things were trashed. Then they still wanted me to pay to remove MY BELONGINGS. This was SO disgusting. The Parkway location FLOODED a few weeks ago, and when I signed up for the unit (lesson learned - I’ll always have to check out a storage place in person before renting) they did not tell me that it had flooded. ALSO - whenever I arrived to my designated unit, it looked like the pictures - it had a ton of trash in it. Why wasn’t my unit clean and ready for me to move in??!!? The entire facility is gross and there’s a ton of trash in all the rows. There was no one on site during office hours to help me. There was a number to call for the manager, but he was not helpful and agreed how disgusting the whole place is. I just cannot believe 1) they didn’t tell me it just flooded and 2) that there was a TON of trash in my unit, after they gave me the go-ahead to move in.
