    Im juat letting you know if you have a storage unit here you need to check on it from time to.time . I went to my unit this week and the lock was still on it but it had been broken into and several of my items were stolen . I believe they picked the lock Have made a police report and have asked the company to please review the camera footage to see if they see anything . Have also asked the police department to ask to see . The cameras only go back 2 months . Has been a good place until this happened. When I called the company they told me because the lock wasn't cut they may not pay my insurance claim . I've been paying insurance for over 3 yrs on this place . I hope that's not the case . But im posting this for others who have a storage unit there please go check your things !!!!! Never thought this would happen but I guess there people out there who feel the need to take things that aren't there's ... Read more

    No one answers the phone. Almost ever. I have gotten charged randomly throughout the month. IF they answer the phone, i clarify that i was charged incorrectly, get a refund, and then get charged again. Its insane. Paid two months in advance, and have been charged for the same thing 3 times. Then another random amount. I would never recommend doing business here. I am trying to fix the absolute mess that they have created, charging me random amounts. After i get it sorted l, i am pulling out all my stuff and going to a different storage company.     This facility is under new management and it's horrible. They have changed the hours, increased rent and cannot get auto-payments straight. Used to be a 24 hour facility and without any written notice we were locked out at 9 pm. I am the account owner, everything including contact information and payment authorization is in my name, however they refused to speak to me without my fiancé present, he who is only listed as able to access the unit. They charged my account twice last month. The old amount and the new. They did issue a credit for the original amount. This month they only charged me the original amount then marked my account late for non-payment. Such a disappointment. This place suited our needs perfectly. We will be making other arrangements.     This is a bad place to do business with people are con-artist. Over charged account several times. Was never late on payments but placed a lock on my unit three different times because they "didn't know" whose unit it was. Code didn't work for months and if it did then the gate didn't work. Can not get help on phone and office was always closed when stated open. One person will tell you something and someone else will tell you otherwise. You never know whose in charge and always get the run around. Love to tell you how SORRY they are its under new management when its clearly not!
