I usually don’t give reviews but this time I have to. Annie was amazing! She was very kind, helpful, and made everything super easy. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything about the storage unit and process. You can tell she really cares about her customers. Great customer service and a wonderful attitude. Thank you, Annie, for making this such a smooth experience! ... Read more

DO NOT DO IT! I have been a loyal customer for yearssssss now. And they decided to send a postcard in the mail, it was delivered to me on Feb. 9th (when it could have been emailed a lot sooner) stating that the postcard served as their 30 day notice (Feb has 28 days) that my rent for my unit is going to go from $180/month before insurance and taxes to $230/month before insurance and taxes. Let me tell yall why this is a joke. In the years I have been there, I have made several (at least 6) complaints to the office and to corporate about the door to access my unit not wanting to open. It doesn't matter how you lift, pull, push, the mechanism is broken and needs to be completely replaced. Their solution? Put tape on the inside of the door. Well that worked for a couple of months but guess what? It stopped working. In the years I have been there, their climate control? It works when it wants to. The gates that provide security? They work when they want to. Like pleaseeeeeeee take your money and go somewhere else. My unit is a 10×20. You can literally go get you a storage shed sized 12x24 for $180 a month. Think about that before you get involved with such a greedy corporation. I understand that the staff are nice, but at the end of the day, its your money, your belongings, your time and energy that is spent. They just lost a customer. Also came back to add this. There are no lights inside the units, so most of the time its very dark and hard to see inside your unit. They have a light outside the unit. And while I was there, my block that I use to keep the door open once I pry it open with a flat head, decided to shut and locked me inside. I had to leave out the opposite door, walk all the way around, repry the door, and continue moving totes. And all the photos are from 2/19/2026, days after my original post. ... Read more

The office manager at the Geismar location was very helpful in getting me a credit on my account. We had to hold items for longer than expected as the elevators were down. She listened to my request for the credit and followed through. Thanks again! ... Read more

HORRIBLE PLACE!! RAISED RENTAL by $46 Will not take Partial Payments or a month payment if you get behind. They charge OUTRAGES late fees and Cut your lock after 45 days even when you have 60 days before they actually auction off your items!!! They take advantage any corner they can. You get looped around on phone to different people who all have different answers!! Do Not Rent a Unit from them!!! ... Read more

This place is horrible. Two lockers. One inside and one outside. Bugs all over. Holes in the wall. Insulation falling down. Water leaked in to the outside unit. Thank goodness nothing that would ruin. If you value your belongings you will store them elsewhere. they also can’t seem to keep their gate closed and on its track, so there is no security whatsoever. Unless you count the lady that came outside and told us not to drive in the exit, but then again it isn’t open entry, isn’t it? Now, if you’re wanting a good place to recommend to the person you don’t like or your enemy this is the best possible place to recommend. They will hate it and you will love it then?? ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
