The office girls took such good care of me. I fell on hard times, couldn’t make my payments and they worked with me to get my account straight. If I ever need a storage unit again, we will definitely be back. Thank you for all of your help ladies!!! ... Read more

Worst Management EVER! They don’t take accountability for their mistakes and the customer is not always right in their eyes. I was behind on my rental unit payment, I TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THAT. It’s is a shared storage and several members of my family are to give me the funds and I make the payments, it in my name, I get that. The unit was up for auction and of course no one was able to pay, so I took it upon myself to use my last and get the items out of “auction” status. I asked on TWO occasions what was needed to get it out of auction status and satisfy the lien. I was given an amount by two different people on two different days, so this is what I gathered up and paid. As a matter of fact, when I attempted to make the payment over the phone with Angela, I specifically said I want to pay whatever it takes to satisfy the lien. I was given the same amount I have always been given, paid and told I was good and $0 balance. I then get a call about 10 minutes later saying “Oh, we forgot to tell you that you have a additional $100 auction fee and if not paid, the items will still go up for auction”. I told her oh ok. I then hung up because I wanted to check my paperwork I was sent by certified mail. NOWHERE on the paperwork does it state a $100 auction fee nor was that EVER disclosed to me. Upon speaking to Angela about that, she was very rude and basically told me if I didn’t pay the $100, my stuff will still go up for auction. I then asked to speak to the manager, in which she could not give me her number. I then asked the manger to call me back. Amber then calls me back the next day (today). She then proceeds to tell me that she researched the auction information after she got off the phone with me the day before and saw the $100 fee being required but was out sick the next day and Angela was not made aware of the fee. I’m sorry you were sick but you definitely feeling better today and it’s not my fault you, as a Manager, failed to make notes for your employees in the instances of things like this. I should not have to pay you all ANYTHING further due to your negligence and lack of knowledge in your role or job. Do not do ANY business with this company because they don’t know or even care about their customers. It’s all about the money they can get out of you. Hell, who knows, they way they both was acting over $100, it may be going in their pocket. I know my money is limited but damn, if I’m negligent or fail to disclose something, as a manager and having a customer who has done business with me for years, I would eat that, but not this company! Please stay away!! ... Read more
