I rented a storage unit when I got to the unit it was already being used with a lock already on the door once I informed them about it I still haven't been refunding my money or anything I also sent pictures to company about the unit 054 to show them so they are aware that the unit is being used by someone else but I still haven't received my refund on top of they were trying to make me purchase a whole another unit without even refunding me the money that they already took from me and haven't gave back yet I find this very unprofessional so the secretary I was asking about my refund hung the phone up in my face also I find that very rude now here I am with no storage unit out of money they haven't even gave back yet at least the unit on February 12th 2026 do not go there they are very unprofessional rude in a taking people money on top of it supposed to be gated up but all the gates are wide opened ...
