PLEASE READ THIS !!!! Would give 0 Stars if I could. Someone broke into my storage unit between last Wednesday 01/04/2023 & 01/10/2023 which is today I don’t know the exact day they did it but it was between those days & that Wednesday is when I got the storage room. Please Do Not get a storage unit here. I had my own lock on the unit they broke it off & they stole my TVs, washer, dryer, air fryer, they even stole my birth certificate & other stuff of mines. I had to buy another different type of lock hoping they don’t break into it again. There’s no property manager/supervisor or security on site either. When I called the number from Google & the number they have on the building of Red Dot Storage & asked them for a number to the property supervisor/manager they say they don’t have one. I’ve filed a police report so hopefully they can look at the cameras & see who the thief is. I called Red Dot’s insurance company & after weeks of waiting to see if they’ll give me some money for my stuff being stolen they said they won’t because the storage unit wasn’t damaged. There’s no telling how many other people’s storage rooms have been broken into & they just don’t know it yet. ... Read more

My belongings have been stored at this unit for only 5 days and to come back to add more things and find out that my lock was cut off my unit and my things were stolen is just heartbreaking. I am beyond upset about this. I would not recommend this place at all. People work hard for there stuff and there should be working cameras around and the gate should be locked at all times.what is the point of giving a code to enter the building when the gate is wide open. So far pretty good storage place, it was fairly easy to get into the site as they did provide a code after confirmation and it was trash and glass throughout the driveway while I looked for my unit but it was pretty decent hopefully a safe place to store my belongings. ... Read more
