The staff at the call center and the Nationwide customer service is like you would expect typical corporate. They provided normal service that you would expect. However, the people that are actually employed at this location, and as far as I can tell there is an apartment on site like most of these type of properties, are never here when they supposed to be. The lobby during normal business hours is locked with the lights off and there is no one on site. This is the fifth time I've had to deal with this. I have two large external units which I currently have access to, however I used the app to rent a third unit which is a small interior unit and when I arrived this morning I cannot get access to it because there is a lock on the door and I brought my own padlock for the door however they did not prep it and have it ready for move in. I tried to go to the office and there is no one here even though it is normal business hours, I called the customer service number and after going to an extensive menu selection the lady that I got on the phone didn't want to hear my complaints and my criticisms so she hung up on me I've never had these type of problems with their competitors like Store-it or EZ Storage. This place for some reason can't keep a good employee and this has been a chronic problem over the years I highly recommend going somewhere else because the people on site here are completely unreliable come to work when they feel like it. Other times when they are here they're standing outside smoking weed and talking to their friends instead of representing the company with a professional image. Complete joke. I spend a lot of money at this place strictly because of its convenient location. But the staff absolutely sucks. Save yourself a headache, go somewhere else. ... Read more

Domonique was very helpful when I came to inquire about a storage unit. I let her know of the situation I was facing and she walked me through the best options that worked for me. I had a terrible experience at another public storage location and was hesitant about renting a unit but Domonique worked with me and was able to help me understand what the other location didn’t. Happy experience overall. ... Read more
