I am the owner/manager of Abenaki Self Storage, and see that Mr. Tom Eldridge has given me a poor review. I remember having a phone conversation with Mr. Eldridge a few months ago, but I don't recall the nature of his inquiry. I am certain though, that I'd have a recollection of it had there been any hint of contention between us.
