After calling and speaking with the owner on Aug 07 that i had moved out, i was still charged each month until i noticed the recurring transaction on july 13. When i went in-person on july 14 and spoke to the owner he refused to issue any refund, even the most recent transaction that had been deducted the day before. Although friendly, i would not recommend doing business with C and L mini storage because they refused to issue any kind of refund, even the transaction which was one day prior. ... Read more

I would not Recommend this storage to anyone of color. They are racist, phony people. They barred my husband from the office because he asked these owners if they could put salt on the ice and snow in front of our storage door. They stated that he had to call in advance like we can predict the weather and it's our job to inform them to do their job. These "RACIST", "CLASSLESS PEOPLE" ! said he was not allowed in their office permanently, so, we decided to leave this "RACIST," "CLASSLESS PLACE" forfeiting a $165.00 full months rent they stole from us. These are the most RACIST", CLASSLESS, LAZY PEOPLE I HAVE EVER done business with. "BE AWARE" of these non diversified people. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that C-L Mini Storage - 33501 Harper Avenue has to offer. These amenities include Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and Credit Cards Accepted. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
