Dont fall for the 1 dollar a month bull they want you to walk in the door and sell you storage next thing you know your paying for fee you didn't even know existed. I lost my entirety here because they see your stuff for profit and you can do anything about it good luck ... Read more

HORRIBLE , HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, explore other options before doing business with this dirt bag company. Shortly after you move in they will jack your monthly rent astronomically without notice. You’ll either pay the extortion fee or move your stuff to a more reputable storage facility. They’re banking on the fact that you probably can’t mobilize quickly and move your stuff so you’ll be stuck paying the fee or risk losing your stuff. If you do business with this company, I guarantee you will regret it. ... Read more

Staff is wonderful and great to work with but some things are out of their control. I was going to move out of my current unit a few months ago and they willingly gave me a discount then last week I get a letter that my unit will go up in January an extra $145 dollars a month due to inflation. Well this increase isn’t inflation it’s the company recouping the discount they gave me. Such an unject practice. I really like that unit but pricing isn’t fair. This is price gouging and I am going to contacting the attorney generals office. ... Read more

Great customer service. The reason for two stars- the first day renting the unit, the employee wrote the code down incorrectly. I wasn't able to open the gate so she opened it for us. She double checked and said that the code was correct. The office closed while we were still inside the gates. When we tried to leave, the code didn't work again. My kid and I tried multiple times but it didn't work. I called the emergency line and waited for a call back. After an hour, and now being late for work, I was extremely upset. There were some repetitive numbers written down so we began to experiment with the code. Eventually my daughter came up with the right code and we were able to leave. We didn't receive a call back until 3 hours later. The next day, I explained to the same young lady about her error and I never received an apology. She just said, oh yeah, there should have only been one 5. I was pretty annoyed. ... Read more

My husband and I used this facility to store our furniture and belongings for 2 1/2 years while we transitioned to our new home. The staff here has always been professional, friendly, and considerate. We have both spoke with Amber repeatedly on the phone and in person, and she has been helpful and genuine every time. Their responsiveness to our needs when changing payment info was quick, discreet, and understanding. The facility is clean, well maintained, and secure. The indoor units looked exactly the way we left them, every single time we looked in on them. We always trusted that our belongings were safe and were never let down. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.
