Read some helpful reviews of Boaters Value Store, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Updated. I needed a new horn switch and a few fuses. The older man behind the counter was very very cocky. Acted like it had to be tested before i bought something and treated me like i was ignorant. In his mind he may have been trying to help but That’s not at all what happened. The next trip was for some wire. Again that traded the best. We will pass on the store from now on. I actually needed help with my fiberglass pool steps. The guys were very helpful with the resin and cloth that I needed. Took a lot of time to explain how to do it. I have a new boating store for sure. ... Read more

had a terrible experience with this dealer. I was told my boat part would arrive by a specific date, but that turned out to be a lie. Not only did the part never show up, but I was also given the runaround when I tried to follow up. Customer service was unhelpful and evasive. I ended up wasting time and money—and still had no part in the end. I would not recommend doing business with them ... Read more

I am extremely impressed with my recent service experience with Aaron and his team in the service depatmant. I've frequented this store many times over the last 10yrs or so, purchasing various items for my boat, the team from Brian in parts, Craig & Phil at the front desk have been nothing but PHENOMENAL! This year I found myself in need of a mechanic to make some repairs. I contacted Aaron and he was very professional answering all of my questions over the phone and told me that they were a little backed up at the time and to call back the first week of March. When I called back he remembered our conversation and said to bring it in and he should be able get to it within the next week. Sure enough, it was almost a week exactly and he contacted me and said it was all set. When I arrived to pick up the boat Aaron showed me all the parts that had been replaced and why they needed to be replaced (very thorough!). I will most definitely be back if I should need ANYTHING for my boat in the future and HIGHLY recommended you do the same! Keep up the good work guys!! ... Read more

Boaters Value has done a great job of adapting to covid. They were closed for a while. They have an effective way to service customers and keep everyone safe, and boating. They provide a full catalog and ways to shop their products via online partners, including having items shipped to your home. ... Read more
