Perry mini storage is the most mis-managed place I’ve dealt with. Twice this guy has lost my checks and tried to charge me a late fee. Once he even served me court papers and then said “I guess I can cancel the late fee” after he acknowledged he got and deposited my check two weeks before. Now he is threatening to put a lock on my unit and an article in the paper because I won’t pay a $20 fee for him losing another check. ... Read more
