He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire rental process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Jacob went above and beyond to make sure I had the right storage unit for my needs. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and secure, and Jacob’s positive attitude made the experience even better. If you’re looking for excellent service at Public Storage, I highly recommend asking for Jacob. He’s a true asset to the company!

Nicole made this a great experience. I won a storage unit auction at a different location. I had to go to a location with a manager so that I could sign paperwork. After going to two other locations, I found Nicole at the Canton/Haggerty location. She apologized for my plight, had me sign paperwork, then followed me to the other location to unlock said unit. The whole time she had a smile and a great attitude. Thank you Nicole, for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one.

I was having very difficult time due to a mistake and Kristie and Karen fix my problem in few moments what a turn out went from having the worst day everything was difficult and these two helped me beyond expectations! Please if you’re having any issues ask for Kristie and Karen they are very professional and know what they’re doing!!!!

I signed my rental contract with JustStorage Westland on August 31, 2026, and began moving my belongings into my unit that same day. My experience could not have been better. This is a beautiful new facility that is exceptionally clean, modern, and well organized—both inside and outside. The climate-controlled interior is comfortable, the color-coded sections make the building easy to navigate, and my first-floor unit is clean, spacious, and exactly what I needed. Haleigh, the manager, provided exceptional customer service. She was professional, precise, and extremely thorough from start to finish. She personally walked me through the facility, showed me my unit, explained how to enter and exit, and carefully covered the rental agreement and every other important detail. She did not leave out anything that would cause me to question or doubt any part of the process. Everything was explained so clearly that I barely had to ask any questions. By the time the process was completed, I felt fully informed and comfortable with my decision. I am very pleased that I chose this facility and already feel confident that it will be an excellent long-term home for my belongings. I highly recommend JustStorage Westland and especially appreciate the outstanding service Haleigh provided.
