Avoid this place. Had a very nice couch ruined by mice while in storage at this facility. Filed a claim with the insurance provided through public storage just to find out that damage from vermin is only covered up to $250 (less a $100 deductible). Store your items elsewhere ... Read more

Brought some stuff there a year ago, went to get a few things out yesterday and there were mouse droppings all over the floor. This is a hazard on many levels and my items may have been compromised. It's run down inside and there's been some questionable people just hanging out inside when I go in there. Also- the app never works to get in, keeps telling me to turn on my bluetooth, which is already on, and the door code didn't work. If it wasn't for someone hearing me swearing at the door box, I wouldn't have gotten in yesterday, as they kindly let me inside. Also- I was told my rent rate was fixed for a promotion for the duration of my rental period and now they have raised the rent on me. ... Read more

I’ve rented here for about 6 months and already I’ve experienced two rent increases totaling an 89% increase. After the first increase, I specifically asked management whether the new rate was the expected long-term rate going forward and that the initial rate was a teaser introductory rate. They assured me the new rate would remain the standard. Literally 2 months later my rates were raised dramatically again and I was given the standard “market rates” reason and denied a rent increase pause. I’m not happy with the communication on potential rate increases at all. Moreover, there was some sort of renovation over the winter that caused a large amount of dust to settle over all my items over the course of a few days. I wish I had been notified beforehand so I could move or cover items I didn’t want covered in dust. ... Read more

A Very difficult situation I've been through... This past 2 weeks, Jim is an excellent manager. He got me in the right direction to have my claim settled hopefully soon. I see the management here values customers through their excellence level of customer service. ... Read more

I had signed a rental agreement but was ultimately unable to rent from this location due to the likelihood of needing earlier access hours than are currently allowed. Jessica's incredible service resulted in me not being charged for my own mistake. I regret not being able to rent here due to the location, cleanliness, and service. I hope in the future the window of access hours will be expanded. Regardless, you will be in excellent hands should you be lucky enough to rent a space with Jessica's support. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
