We got there 5 minutes before closing and the guy working said he was locking the doors and leaving and not going to allow us to handle our business. He called the manager and he came down to allow us to finish unloading. ... Read more

The Manager and workers here are incredibly nice, helpful, and communicative. I worked with a company who rented an office and had a storage unit as well, so while my experience wasn't monetarily direct, my day to day was, and was always treated kindly. Their prices seem very fair comparatively, and for an older building, it is kept up well, including loading docks and parking lot across the street, from my experience. Always plowed and clear for folks. ... Read more

DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE. A friend of mine got a storage unit at this location this year where he stored thousands of dollars worth of personal belongings. It was broken into and his lock was replaced with a different one he didn't recognize. The company told him there was nothing they would do about it because they weren't legally responsible and there were no cameras watching his storage unit so no attempt to identify the thieves was even made. The police told us it was most likely an inside job and that an employee committed the theft. If you need storage space but don't wanna lose any of your stuff, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere because this place is a joke. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
