Read some helpful reviews of Flathead Lake Storage, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Very unprofessional and poorly run storage unit. The gates were not working for multiple weeks over the summer and I along with many other people were getting locked out and not able to access their belongings. I tried calling them over 10 times and it would just ring until voicemail and no one would ever get back to me. There is never staff on site to help or assist when there are issues. I have a card on file for recurring billing and I get an email saying there is an issue with my card and that I can pay through a link. When I click on the link it doesn't even work it says "this site can't be reached" and now I have late fees tacked on when their links don't even work. They also advertise the price of the unit and then make you buy your own insurance so you end up paying more than advertised. All around if you're looking for a storage unit this is definitely not the place. ... Read more

I rented a storage unit based on the sizes on their website. The size on the website did not match the actual size of the unit. So I could not use the unit. I tried calling the office numerous time but could not ever get anyone to answer. I sent emails and text. I finally got an email stating that my unit had been cancelled but nothing about a refund. I would not recommend this storage unit. ... Read more
