Excellent customer service! I’m a very satisfied customer of 5+ years at two of their locations - north Flathead and Woods Bay. I’ve used the largest to the smallest sized units, as well as their outdoor parking spaces. Very responsive management - same business day service for all my office needs like signing, moving, cancelling, etc. Mindy is a woman of integrity and common sense. She manages the business with honesty and genuine care. I know that if I ever noticed something broken, suspicious, or needing attention, she’ll tend to it asap - I just need to speak up. I appreciate the peace of mind I have with their gated facilities. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for Storage in the Flathead Valley. ... Read more

DO NOT STORE YOUR POSSESSIONS HERE! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Our brand new camper was knocked off the blocks & smashed into while we had it parked straight within the boundaries of our designated spot. When we approached Terry about what had happened she said "Yeah, it's been like that for awhile. I was wondering why it was like that." (we had only gone 2 weeks between camping trips, and the damage had clearly happened within that timeframe). She noticed our brand new camper was knocked off the blocks with a huge dent in the front panels and did not so much as bother to give us a call. (No cameras on premises of course). Based on the location of the damage and the trajectory of where things landed, we were able to determine that the person to the right of us was backing in their camper when they hit ours (paint chips on our dark camper matched the color of their white camper). Coincidentally, those same people broke their lease mid-month and stopped storing their camper there that week! Terry explicitly stated she knew exactly who parked their camper to the right of us, but refused to give us their contact information or give them ours to talk about what might have happened. Terry then proceeded to say these were "upstanding locals" and would not have done such a thing. She even offered to have them send over pictures of their camper to "prove" it wasn't them because there was no noticeable damage to their camper- which she never did of course. Well Terry, we are also "upstanding locals" and we are now out a $5,000 repair bill for the hit-and-run damage to our camper; and needless to say, we have found a new place to store it. I realize that the "accident" was not Terry's fault, but her complete and utter rudeness and lack of willingness to help in a frustrating situation that occurred at her place of employment was BEYOND unprofessional. ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
