I’ve been renting a unit here for six months now. They keep the lot clean and free of snow, and the owner operator is very responsive to inquiries. The only drawback is the automatic gate; the keypad is behind a cement barrier and you have to leave your car to access it. They have an app that you can use to open the gate, but it’s more of a gimmick than useful as there are too many hoops to jump through and it’s hit or miss if it recognizes your location or not (typically prompting the app to say you’re not actually on site and it won’t open the gate).
