Read some helpful reviews of Turn-Key Storage II at 155 Storage Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Laura is ALWAYS courteous and kind. It’s always such a pleasure to speak with her! She actually holds a conversation with you and not just about your payment. I’ve had some great laughs with her while calling to pay my bill ! I’m amazed that she knows who you are by the sound of your voice! That’s impressive being that she has hundreds of clients I’ve had my storage services here for years, and I have no complaints! I’ve read the previous reviews about people falling into a bad place and their storage unit was sold. My question would be… Did you communicate that to Laura or did you just not pay for your storage unit? The prices are very reasonable. If you want your items, then you should’ve contacted someone to make arrangements. If a degree and diploma were so cherished… Why are they in a storage unit and not in your home? Anyway, Laura is excellent and so is Raymond, who is normally here on Fridays. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone! ... Read more

I understand business is business, but when you have someone who has been with you for years fall in a bad place you don't just sell their unit. You should try to work with them. She was good until the end got rid of all of my memories, high school diploma and my degree. Things I will never get to show my children. But I'm blessed beyond measure and I'm okay with what happened but I would not recommend this place. ... Read more

This owner Laura is very rude and unprofessional. I was calling to pay on my account I can be honest I moved out of state and had someone else in charge of paying and they fell behind on payment. I called to find out the amount and I was going to pay that day, she starts ranting about who leaves someone else to pay, i have people calling me all day upset about their thing and she continues going off .I even took the time out to pray for her maybe I called at the wrong time but she was very aggressive and unprofessional my things will be leaving this place I've paid over $1500.00 to this place and to get treated like that for trying to find out the amount I owe and pay was and is totally unacceptable. If you can find somewhere else to store your things please do. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Turn-Key Storage II - 155 Storage Road has to offer. These amenities include Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
