If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are Rude ,never answer the phone raise the prices and the gates never work. Who trained these these people they need to go back as a greeter at Wal-Mart. There are plenty of rental places around DO NOT GO HERE! STAY AWAY. We MOVED out but we have no document saying that plus We bought a $20 lock and tried to turn it in ( even though there is a box outside the office for LOCKS) and was told it's ours. BUT I WILL SAY AGAIN STAY AWAY. This is not a one and done review I want to make sure everyone is aware of how BAD this place is. ... Read more

I am super disappointed in this Public Storage location. We haven't even had our unit for a full year and pricing has gone up multiple times from $250 to now $450. We chose this location for the temp control units. Each time throughout the year that we have come, we've noticed zero temp control. Pricing is outrageous and keeps going up every few months with zero reason. Happily moving our storage to another location. Don't waste your time/money. ... Read more

The rates are skyrocketing. We’ve had our unit for about a year and our rates are going up again for the second time on July 1st. It went from around $275 all the way up to $467 a month. I own a small servicing company and a lot of my competition are price gougers, It really is shameful when you see a place like this doing it as well. Also, this place just isn’t worth the cost. Our whole unit smells like mild water damage. Go find a place that’s actually temp controlled for this price. ... Read more

Angel was very very helpful . She helped me figure out which size I really needed because the pictures they show you on the computer doesn’t show true size in my opinion. Then after I checked around on pricing and came back because of her customer service! She was even more helpful with everything that I needed. And her personality just put a cherry on top of doing business at public storage. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
