No stars!!! HORRIBLE AWFUL DUMP Storage unit flooded and lost entire house contents. Owners knew this was a problem and this had happened several times before. They also knew it happened again and didn’t let me know. Everything I own was full of black mold and water damage. Storage unit is NOT temperature controlled. Only a fan running. Owner won’t take accountability, call back or acknowledge this. Run as fast as you can!!!! ... Read more

The manager at this facility is the rudest person ever. Shame on the owner for letting this terrible customer service to keep happening. Apparently my card had expired, and the payment didn’t go through. I got a text stating that on the 1st. Due to working late, I called the very next day to fix the issue so my bill can be paid. Well apparently the office closes at NOON.. I left a voicemail, no call back. Since they aren’t there on the weekend and it was Labor Day, I didn’t speak to anyone til Tuesday! They charged me $20 late fee. When I asked for the fee to be waived, the manager said NO, it was due on the 1st. Continued being rude and when I asked for the Owner to call me or even his name and number she wasn’t having that. Finally, I got his name only. She said she would have him call me. Well no call as of yet, after a 2nd request for a call back.( 9 days later). She states she talked to him and he won’t be calling me . Terrible customer service!!! If I was clearly wrong or late without knowing they had my cards expiration date wrong, then I don’t mind paying the fee. But to deal with her being extremely rude is a whole different story! Oh and 1 star, is only because we have been a customer for years! ... Read more

I have never had any problems, everyone is helpful and pleasant until today. I went to pay for my unit and I was a couple of days late. When I told Anne the receptionist that I tried to come in and pay but the door was locked. I was always told I had from the 1st to the 4th of every month to pay. Is there any way to waive the 20.00 late fee.,she said NO. She told me there was a drop box which I never noticed before. I have to say she was so extremely rude to me, I was calm and I said maybe I’ll find a different storage place, her response was (OK). I paid my bill including the late fee, I wouldn’t have been upset to pay the fee but she was the most rudest person I have ever met dealing with customers. She is not a pleasant person with that attitude, and not good customer service. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that NorthLand Secure Storage - 73 Daniel Webster Hwy has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Parking, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by NorthLand Secure Storage - 73 Daniel Webster Hwy can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 30 to 200 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by NorthLand Secure Storage - 73 Daniel Webster Hwy come at a variety of prices, starting from $69 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $249 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
