I have been locked out of the gate for my units area for a month now, was on automatic payment and for some reason it hadn't gone through I was than locked out and told I was late when I called about it. I had had the money so I don't know what happened. They reset my pin and told me in ten minutes it should be fine I gave up waiting around 9 or ten minutes because I had a lot to do I left with out waiting and checking, turns out it didn't reset because not even 2 weeks later I'm trying to get in again and I'm still locked out.there is no reason for that my back account confirmed that the money was deducted so I was locked out again for no reason. Worst solution ever! I had been with them for over 5 years now but with this crappy shift in management I'm switching to the storage barn. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

To open your storage unit door, start by unlocking it, whether it uses a traditional padlock or a Bluetooth-enabled smart lock. Once unlocked, grab the bottom handle and lift or pull up the roll-up door until it’s fully open.

If you’re using the unit for the first time, make sure the lock is properly removed before opening the door to avoid damage.
