Terrible. Do not store here. When they were Moove Storage it was great. No problems. Since they sold it’s been issue after issue. They’ve raised the prices 50% and there have been issues with billing causing me to be on the phone with them every other month. There is zero humanity. Anyone you speak with is like talking to an AI bot. They’re told to just say the same stringent corporate BS and it’s dismal. Do not give them a penny of your money. Find somewhere else. It’s like a corporate mafia. It’s gross. ... Read more

I left my things at this place for almost two years. In those two years there were rats, cockroaches, and moths all over the place. They advertise “climate controlled” building/units, it is definitely not climate controlled. I had rugs ruined, furniture damaged, and electronics like a tv damaged because they don’t keep this place clean. The people who work in the front office definitely don’t care about their jobs at all. I went to them to close out my account and be out by the end of the month and they told me my monthly renew is scheduled for that day, a week before the month ended. Why don’t you charge at the end of the month? And they wouldn’t prorate it at all. Most ridiculous business I’ve had to deal with. The facility is filthy definitely go somewhere else. ... Read more

Unit started at $10 month or two later bumped up to $30 then another bump up to almost $50 people are friendly. Place is clean. Not a fan of thinking I had a set price moving all my stuff in and having to move out because the price went up so much. Edit: 3/16/25 I kept another unit there Altho I shouldn’t have but I needed to. Once again I am being extorted to pay more. I’d understand this if all units were rented. But place is horrible. Smells like mold. Flooded multiple times. F this place. ... Read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Been with these these guys since 2012. Awesome, awesome, AWESOME! FOOLED ME!!!! UPDATE: Storage unit flooded. Everyone was was given notice to remove all their belongings. Although I was very lucky because most of my items where sitting on palettes a few things got damaged. I was told to file an insurance claim. (Which I had been paying for the insurance for 5 plus years.) Filed the claim for my damaged items and it was DENIED!!!!! Unbelievable!!!! ... Read more
