I plan on moving out hopefully no later than October. I got a dramatic rent increase from $254 a month to now over $360 per month. Had to deal with the consequences of the late fee because I went to go make a payment thinking I was only going to pay the 254 to discover I had that dramatic increase and not having enough funds on my card I was not able to pay it before the late fee came in effect. These people are ripping people off. Well leave it at that. ... Read more

Caitlin is absolutely PHENOMENAL! I came into the office, unsure about what kind of space I would need, and I left feeling so secure in my choice to rent here. She is not only incredibly helpful, but she is also so friendly and kind. The facility is immaculate and well-kept. You can tell she puts a lot of pride in her job. I will suggest you to everybody! Thank you Caitlin!!! ... Read more

Snap box storage(specifically Hamilton) is a poorly run business and you store your stuff at your own risk. The roof leaks, the rent after 6 months tends to be excessive, and there is no one in the facility to assist you. Further more, no one answers the phone. Buyer beware! ... Read more

Absolute con artists, I moved to a new unit 1 month ago and they hit me with a 75% raise. I moved out of my previous unit because they had bumped my rent up to $500/mo for a 200SF unit!!!! This is a literal crime Update 4/1 They just raised my rent another 50%, I'll be looking for a new solution, please do not use this facility as it will promote more corrupt rent seeking practices ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
