I knew I would be compelled to write this as soon as I has a phone conversation with Bill. In a brief form my wife and I had a real rough couple years financially like most can relate. And the call that I finally returned was to Bill. We knew our unit had been bought at auction and out Rv was scheduled to be towed. Very appropriate actions on the facilities end. It wasn't the route they enjoyed taking our ghost like behavior left them with that option.. I mention all that because I'm sure it usually could create an angry review from a custumer whe finds themselves at this reality. This management professional helped me settle our business and parts the needed settling with such regard that I have nothing but high praise. Don't mistake not a pushover he handled what was left and how to approach it and what could be done and what was not possible. So big relief and huge thanks. You really did the best you could and we clearly cant miss seeing that. Scott Robel ... Read more

The staff is typically very helpful. Last time I was there to get information about my storage units he was very informative and helpful, working with our situation. There was one time I couldn't go in because the gate wasn't working. That was inconvenient. I often wish that the hours to go in were earlier to enter in the morning as I am an early riser. Other then that I am happy with the security and overall units. ... Read more

I needed a bigger unit then what I had originally paid for. Katie in Hammonton was very accommodating and helpful. I was able to get it all straightened out. The unit was nice and clean and I like the notifications I get when there is activity in there. Thanks ... Read more

Used the website to rent the unit and prior to showing up. Katie the manager called me to help me with any questions I had. She also gave me a much easier to use gate code. Needed to upgrade the size as I underestimated the size needed and she helped me do it within minutes. After acquiring more items I don't have the room at home. Called and spoke to Wanda that was great also and she told me the next available size unit and the number prior to arriving. Katie and Wanda are extremely nice and explain everything very clearly and fast without any errors. When signing my new lease the FedEx driver showed up for items that someone who rents a locker needed. Wanda made sure they were secure and notified the gentleman his packages were in the office. Amazing service and couldn't be happier about the decision to use Storage Sense for the temporary use of a storage unit. If anyone I know needs a unit, will suggest Storage Sense to them. ... Katie was amazing. she went out of her way to explain the rental units and show them too me. When I explained that the unit I was looking at was more than I was prepared to spend she showed me a similar unit that was in my budget, but still met my storage requirements. Overall I was very pleased with the experience from start to finish. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
