I had my items in "Public Storage". I went to get some of it out & I told the attendant there were two brand new air-conditioner missing (one wasn't a year old & could provide the reciept for), she informed me of cameras being present. Once I noticed this I took photos, I went back & my storage unit had been ram sack. My brand new boxes had been open and my items was taken. I filled a police report (in which the officers couldn't believe how someone rummage through my items). They're was business merchandise missing and broke. I have documentation on the phone calls I made months ago once this incident occurred, not one phone call was ever returned and i was never late on a payment unyil this month. Being i had called this place several times & received no return call. I went to pull my items out months after taking photos & reporting & they locked me out. Not sure if theres a language barrier being that employers are huring immigrants instead of americans. Please if you have anything in there take pictures check on your items & please respond to this message. Today i arrived to get my belongings and they locked me out. ... Read more

Public Storage is horrible as a whole!! We decided to move out and we were in the storage unit for 12 hours to begin the month. We asked for it to be pro rated and they said we had to pay for the full month. We looked everywhere and no where does it say that. We found info that said they require 7 days notice so we were fine paying for 7 days bit not the whole month. There customer service is horrendous at best!! They upped the rates about $60 which is a joke. If you need a storage unit find another company!!!! ... Read more

Back in 2023 I believe when it was cube smart and I was 17 my family rented a storage to put our stuff in while we looked for a house. My mom was two months late and despite agreeing to a payment plan still sold our stuff, including my beloved teddy bear who I had since I was a child. It was a gift that got me through my rare autoimmune disease and I am understandly angry ... Read more

I love it here. The personnel are so friendly and helpful. I am unfortunately homeless, and I keep all of my stuff here. I get up every morning, grab some clothes from my unit, use their bathroom, and then go to the gym to work out and shower. The costs are very reasonable as well. ... Read more

Theodosia and Kim were extremely kind and helpful, including helping me book a second unit last minute because I underestimated the amount of stuff I have. The facility is great, the drive-in feature is a nice luxury for a storage facility. Thank you ... Read more

BEWARE. TODAY 1/1/24 I WENT TO MY UNIT AND IT WAS BROKEN INTO. It looks like an inside job. The unit next to mine is “empty” and someone cut into the wall to push into my unit. The only reason I knew is because they broke my planters that were on that wall. No one has returned my calls. ***EDIT: day 4 of me waiting for a manager to call me. The previous review about it being an inside job seems like he’s correct. Tracy and Destiny have access to power tools, ladders, etc. but no video footage of anyone coming in with power tools to cut open any of the units ???? ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
