One of the times I tried to access my unit, another customer had their things strewn about and completely blocking the walkways. I believe he spilled a liquid too which seeped into my unit and damaged some of my items. (See photos)
Before I moved out I went into the office to tell them my move out date. Apparently I needed to let them know after I was all moved out as well. I did get charged for the next month and I called and had it refunded but just seems silly that I’d have to contact them again if they already had my move out date.

The office is nice and the Property is clean. They clearly take good care of the property. Additionally , the entry / exit and the entire property has 24 / 7 surveillance which is huge !
Edwin is very nice and he runs the Property.
I rented the Storage Unit from Kristina , who went above and beyond , by showing me Units and answering all of my many Questions.

WARNING RODENTS AT THIS PLACE!!!! I've used this facility twice in the past before with no issue. This time around it's a different story. My Unit B66 unit was verified it was in fact compromised. I was directed to the insurance. I discovered rodent damage. I immediately notified your facility (specifically, Kristina), who confirmed that the unit had been compromised by rodents. She verified that the drywall had been chewed through and instructed me to file a claim with your insurance provider as soon as possible, which I did. I also submitted photos of the unit's condition and some of the items damaged.
Unfortunately, the insurance company rejected my claim on the grounds that I did not provide photos with the pop or smell of the items of the individual damaged items. However, I was unable to take those photos because my landlord insisted that I immediately dispose of the contaminated box—due to the smell of urine and visible feces—citing serious health concerns, including the risk of hantavirus. I was told to remove the box immediately or risk eviction, as it posed a hazard to the building. STILL NO REVOLUTION FROM THE FACILITY TO DO RIGHT OR EVEN A FOLLOW UP SINCE February... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE OR MONEY IF THEY DO NOT STAND BY THERE POLICY AND COVERAGE.. I WILL BE SUBMITTING TO THE BB AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT. ... Read more
