Updated 2025: I'm amending my original 5 star review because my experience turned sour. I started here in July of 2022 and am moving out now, May 2025. At an average of $300/month that's $10,200 in storage fees! I had almost everything I own in this unit while I was living with family. This place is NOT climate controlled. So much of my stuff is covered in mold and garbage. I went in today and the floors were wet, it wasn't from cars, because inside my unit the floors were wet. This place does not have proper humidity control. Anything in cardboard is just ruined. Things in plastic totes need to be cleaned because they smell like mold. I've added pictures. For example the wooden spoons were in a sealed cardboard box. The shelf was not wrapped. I'm exploring submitting a claim with my insurance, but I hate that I paid over $10,000 to store my stuff here and it's now trash. I'm a teacher so it's not like I have the cash to replace everything. Original Review: Very fairly priced storage facility. Anytime I've had to talk to an employee, they are very nice. It's also super easy to get in and out with your stuff, very convenient! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.

To open your storage unit door, start by unlocking it, whether it uses a traditional padlock or a Bluetooth-enabled smart lock. Once unlocked, grab the bottom handle and lift or pull up the roll-up door until it’s fully open.

If you’re using the unit for the first time, make sure the lock is properly removed before opening the door to avoid damage.

Security helps protect your belongings while they’re in storage and gives you peace of mind between visits. Many self storage facilities use a combination of features such as video surveillance, gated access, on-site management, and well-lit premises to help deter unauthorized access.
