I stopped by with my sister to check out storage units; turns out we have way more stuff than we thought ??. Chandra was amazing! She answered all our questions, showed us multiple units without losing patience, and somehow made the whole process actually enjoyable. We came in confused and slightly overwhelmed, and left feeling confident (and mildly concerned about how much stuff we own). Thanks, Chandra! ... Read more

The young lady that was on duty today Monday March 2nd was very mean and rude my daughter came to get something and asked to borrow the ladder instead of her telling my daughter she’s closing soon and she have to get it back before she close she lone my daughter the ladder then shortly after she came to let her know that she needed the ladder back because she is closing soon. My daughter just took stuff out and the young lady came a took the ladder from her see all the stuff out on the ground, i think that is very wrong because if you know you closing soon you shouldn’t even lone the ladder because you know you not supposed to plus you know you’re about to close. My daughter is there stuck with everything on the ground and don’t know how to get it back in the store. And when i called the store she going to tell me that there’s how many suites and how everybody can do it without a ladder and she hang up on me. ... Read more

So far my experience has been excellent. It's a nice facility. I did have a pleasant experience, when I 1st was "checking in", I was told to park in the numbered spot. When I came back the 2nd time, I did the same. The male employee of that Saturday morning shift told us that we didn't have to do that anymore, just put my code in and just pull in.?? We had two vehicles at that moment but, I had a personal "duh" ?? moment. Very appreciative to him for pointing ?? ?? that out to me as I was still in transition mode. Very helpful, intuitive staff, would definitely recommend ?? ?? ... Read more

So I needed a place to store some of my stuff for a few months, and I ended up going with this storage company. Let me tell you, I'm really glad I did. The whole process was super easy, from booking online to actually moving my stuff in. And the unit itself is great - spacious and clean, with elevator access so I don't have to worry about carrying my boxes up any stairs. All in all, I'd say this is a top-notch storage option. ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
