Well,,,I tried to get into the storage facility one eve but there was so much broken glass covering the entire entrance way! I called the facility. An answering service answered. I informed them that I'm inconvenienced ave can't get into my storage unit because of the glass I asked if they were calling cops and calling to get someone there to clear the glass. I waited. No one did anything to resolve the situation. Next day I get a message left saying that my codes were used and was i involved in an access problem They wanted to ask me Questions relating to this incident. The man, Mike was literally interrogating me! I told him I'm the one that reported this!! He kept asking me questions over and over, i said enough. No more stupid questions! How dare n be accuse me of something I had nothing to do with. I told him to look at his video footage. Seriously annoyed and inconvenienced Update... they say a man backed into the gate trying to go out the entrance! I'm not sure if I was at my unit during this, but they are still trying to blame me for what this man did!!!?? I need to have access to the camera footage to show them my car and when I pulled in and when I left. The rudeness of Mike the manager is so uncalled for! I'd like to sue them for their treatment of me, for falsely accusing me, for jacking up the rent , for charging my card without autopay. Do not use this facility, what's happening here is criminal and unacceptable. ... Read more

I’m extremely pleased that they worked with me and made it as affordable as it was when I first got the unit. I would recommend their facility they are willing to work with you and that’s something to appreciate in the current state of our economy, so thank you again Prime storage for your assistance on the matter ... would give 0 stars if i could. signed up for a unit at advertised price and set up auto pay and was charged an extra 7$ a month for a mandatory insurance which i was never told i needed or would be charged for. not a deal breaker right? after about 2 or 3 months i got a email stating that my monthly rent would more then double in price. so they wait for you to move your stuff in and then jack the rent up on the unit. also there are a bunch of hidden fees when you sign up and that mandatory insurance i had mentioned doesnt really cover much. they specifically tell you they are not liable for theft, fire damage, or any property that is expensive. ... Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
