Overall, while the staff at the storage facility was helpful and the facility itself was clean and well-kept, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility in their policies regarding my move-out process. Despite being a long-time customer, I was charged for a full month's rent even though I only moved to a different storage unit on a different floor. I believe there could have been better communication and understanding in this situation. I hope the facility can take this feedback into consideration and improve their policies for future customers. And I’m still hopeful they will issue me a credit ... Read more

THIS "STORAGE POST" CORPORATION LOVES TO VERY FREQUENTLY INCREASES PRICES ON THEIR TENANTS DURING THESE HARD TIMES SO BE AWARE WHEN YOU DECIDE TO TAKE A SPACE FROM THEM. There should be a rule or something that the government needs to implement on these Storage facilities that they cannot increase tenant rents for 5-7 years or so because these facilities are taking advantage of the bad economy as an excuse to increase rates. This is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! NO IMPROVEMENTS ON THIS MATTER!!!! I would like to say that this Storage Post location(s) loves to increase tenant rates every 6 months or so and when you contact their District Manager "Mohammed Sadqeen", he refuses to waive the sudden increase of $15 which is ridiculous. If you have District Managers like this, then you will have many tenants leaving your storage one by one, along with horrible customer service. This is a good way to push your loyal tenants away instead of keeping them. Keeping tenant rate lower is the best way to keep your tenants for longer but I guess your DM "Mohammed Sadqeen" and CSR "Torina" doesn't understand that aspect of business, especially when a tenant has been loyal for so many years and has recommended this storage to a lot of other friends and people. No Storage Post locations deserve 5-Stars, especially when you have a screwed-up DM's like Mohammed Sadqeen. When you have older tenants, especially, at the low rate that they started when it was lower (go back in history) should be kept low and not force increased to current market rate and I am sure most tenants may also agree to this!!! This DM truly has no sense of doing business or even keeping tenants to stay!!! BEWARE OF ANY STORAGE POST LOCATION(S) & HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS NEWER TENANTS TO MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE!!! ... Read more

...had a hard time finding the attendant!! I did make a call before driving for 1 1/2 hrs, that I will be arriving to open the storage space. After multiple phone calls- to the phone on website and while standing at the door by the facility- the attendant "wondered in" finally, unaware, that I was trying to reach him. He was polite and nice, just not available. After he set up my storage in a computer everything else was easy, access was good, gates and garage doors were working, storage space clean, and moving carts available!! I like it. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
