I’d use the storage for a little over a year maybe closer to a year and a half. The only reason I switched storage was because I moved and wanted a storage garage closer to my home. I highly recommend them, you can pay online, they’re extremely nice People to deal with.. And the units are quite nice ... Read more

Great rates and plenty of storage sized options, but have to give a low rating because our unit was FILLED with rat droppings EVERYWHERE and have chewed through any piece of fabric we had in here and most of our belongings were ruined because of this. ... Read more

I think they give u the best pricing in storage spaces, pay 1 year in advance they will give u even a better deal. They take care of the units, grounds and do pest control. That's where I found is the better place to store my belongings. I tell people to check them out even if they are a little bit out of their area. I'm in eastgate and storage units are racially high in this area. So check them out.???? ... Read more

They've recently upgraded the roads around the buildings...most are now blacktop which is very nice. The location is secured with a coded gate and lots of cameras. They have storage units as well as space for boats, campers etc... Employees have always been very respectful to me. Easy in...easy out. ... Read more

One of my units was robbed. Staff not at all helpful. No real surveillance cameras. Anyone who isnt as big as a refrigerator can slip in and out of the gap in the "security" gate. There are people living(No seriously, actually living)in storage units and also in campers at the back of the place. One such individual approached us late at night trying to sell his pop up camper. While some of the "residents" are scrappers and scour the place for unsecured units and things easily obtainable. One guy comes almost nightly to race his custom built buggy type of vehicle though out the place. There's also a fenced in area of the property that contains discarded and gutted cars, vans, trucks and even an RV. The place is just shady. The prices for units are great and I was desperate for storage units at the time. Should have went with my gut. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
