I wish I never moved to this company. Their facilities were easy to use and clean. However, in the year I was there, they hiked the price up over 50% from the original rate. I’ve had a storage unit for 2.5 years, and the year and a half with another company, the rates didn’t move. After moving out, they definitely check their cameras. I got a voicemail the following day to leave a 10/10 review with a thumbs up. So they are thorough with security. But this is not a long term commitment. I moved back to the previous company who didn’t touch my rate, and is farther from my house. ... Read more

I was a little surprised to see the virtual counter in the lobby, but I actually got live help from Robert. He went through options to help find the best unit for my needs and budget, while being extremely helpful and courteous. It was a pleasure doing business with Public Storage today! ... Read more

It was so easy to use and so quick. I literally called them when o was 20 minutes away and got it down over the phone and online and we got there and the unit was ready and we put the provided lock on and we were done so quickly! I loved the app! ... Read more

If you wanna pay more every couple months then they’re great. Third time my rate has been increased on the same unit I’ve had since day one. Will be looking for a new storage facility because this is ridiculous ... Read more

Absolutely horrible. No person at at working there. Kiosk only. You do all the work. What they are saying is a 5x10 is not that at all. They are charging prices at full and slashing the space in half. I’m not a dummy. They have framed every single space as though there are walls. For gods sake I could peek around the frame and see the rest of the space. Complete scam. Took me three weeks and like 20 calls just to get a refund. Complete incompetence from the ceiling to the floor here at this location. ... Read more

Move in was easy and flexible, and I was able to complete most steps online. Not thrilled that the interior wall divides are just wood studs with plywood on one side, but it seems very clean and easy to access. ... Read more

NIGHTMARE!! I do not normally write reviews. I am a college student who moved out of school housing and decided to move back in with my parents, while looking for something else. I am renting a 10 x 15 currently. I started out at 151$ a month in December and my upcoming storage payment for March is 242$ a month. ... Read more
