This place has gotten to be an absolute joke, and if you don't bring things up like this, then, well, all of what I'm about to relay will continue to happen to other people. I have been here for over a decade. For a long while, it was fine. I mean, how hard is it? It's a storage unit. A few years ago I had my unit (as well as a few other people's) broken into. This was before they had the bright idea to put in cameras. No renumeration was offered despite me pointing this out. Relatively small unit, I'm rarely in town. Foolishly, I got over it. Particularly in the last year, however, this place has hit the skids. My rent has continuously been jacked up for no reason other than they can. "Yeah, this is way above market value" I've had people that work there tell me. Incredibly though this outfit has, apparently, zero control of how to mitigate that. I was just again assessed a 20% increase. The 3rd such increase in the last 8 months. This despite the "service" of the facility dropping to an almost non-existent nature. I genuinely feel bad for Rachel, who has worked there for quite some time. She was able to fend off the idiocy of her parent company for some time but apparently has been overrun by whatever draconian measures they're implementing. Getting in touch with her or, god forbid, any higher ups is an almost impossible notion. There is almost never anyone on site anymore. One of the few times I tried to go and speak with someone at the "office" there was a broken gate to the facility, a guy trying to pay a bill in person, and another one trying to get some bolt cutters, but no one at Public Storage able to do a thing about anything. Mind you, this was at like 2PM on a Wednesday. This is par for the course. So, to reiterate, if you want zero customer service, your prices jacked up for no reason on a consistent basis, and the occasional broken gate or broken into unit, this 2025 version of Harshman Road Public Stoarage is your one-stop shop! ... Robin and Martina are absolutely wonderful and were so incredibly sweet, kind, and patient with me during my first time utilizing a storage unit. The two women went out of their way into the rain to help me learn how to unlock the gate and ensure that I had the proper utilities to move/how the locks worked. Their kindness really made my day much better and I would highly recommend this service based on the interaction I had! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Public Storage - 2120 Harshman Road has to offer. These amenities include Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Public Storage - 2120 Harshman Road can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 300 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Public Storage - 2120 Harshman Road come at a variety of prices, starting from $45 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $176 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
